No. Atlas doesn't offer a free trial — you get full access to your plan's features immediately after subscribing. We keep pricing straightforward instead of gating a trial period.
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings to start saving ~17%. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
Nothing breaks — you can add exactly what you need with our modular add-ons (extra camera, extra seat, +100 GB storage) at any time, without upgrading your whole plan. If you find yourself consistently adding a lot of extras, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective — we'll let you know if that's the case.
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access to your current plan until then.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you're an EU/UK consumer, you retain your statutory rights as described in that policy.
Your data stays fully accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything or reactivate your subscription. After 30 days, it's permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Payments are handled by Polar.sh, acting as our Merchant of Record — they manage billing, invoices, and applicable tax (VAT/sales tax) for your location.
Not yet — it's actively in development. Studio, Lab, and Enterprise customers will get early access as it becomes available, with Lab and Enterprise getting priority.
